The Challenge:
Our client in a gated Puyallup community originally contacted Fusion Builders to solve a massive exterior headache: an 8,000-square-foot crumbling asphalt driveway that was actively failing. We executed a complete driveway overhaul, grading and replacing the surface to restore the home's curb appeal and functionality. The client was so thrilled with our job-site cleanliness, communication, and execution that they immediately expanded the scope of work to tackle their next dream project: a complete rebuild of their second-story deck.
The Fusion Builders Solution:
We completely demolished the old, unsafe deck structure and engineered a new, structurally reinforced frame designed for Pacific Northwest weather.
For the surface, we installed 750 square feet of premium Trex composite decking—providing the homeowner with a beautiful, low-maintenance outdoor living space that will never splinter or rot, and cleans up easily with just soap and water. To maximize the home's footprint, we fully enclosed the area beneath the second-story deck, framing and installing seamless exterior siding to create a massive, dry, custom storage space.
