When Jon and Jody experienced sudden water damage in their Olympia home, they were left with a ruined kitchen and the overwhelming stress of navigating a complex insurance claim. Their original kitchen was already cramped and closed off from the rest of the house, making the damage feel even more devastating. They needed a general contractor who could not only rebuild the space to a high-end standard but actively manage the red tape of the insurance process.

We took the kitchen down to the studs, expanded the footprint, and removed restrictive walls to create a stunning, open-concept layout. To bring a warm, "Premium but Approachable" aesthetic to life, we executed a beautiful two-tone cabinetry design. We installed modern, natural wood-look flat upper cabinets and paired them with classic, earthy sage green shaker lower cabinets. Topped with highly durable, premium quartz countertops, the final result is a bright, elevated culinary space that flows perfectly into their living area.
